PDS alongside Clegg Associates, were appointed to design a luxury apartment block for Harrods Estates in the heart of Knightsbridge, London. The building was constructed using an eight-storey reinforced concrete frame, taking advantage of off-site manufacturing techniques to produce precast concrete panels
