Working alongside TrubyStevenson Ltd, PDS were appointed for the design and detail of this 15 storey apartment block forming part of a 3 tower and plaza Development at Elephant Rd, the focal point of the wider £3B Regeneration of Elephant & Castle town centre. Project comprises handset stone ashlar and stone composite precast cladding panelssuspended at each floor level.
